문재인 전 대통령 가족을 둘러싼 직권남용 의혹을 수사 중인 검찰이 감사원을 압수수색 했습니다.

지난 2019년 문 전 대통령 딸이 해외로 이주했을때 불거진 의혹들에 대한 공익감사 청구가 기각된 경위를 수사하고 있습니다.

문재인 전 대통령 딸 가족의 태국 이주 과정을 수사 중인 검찰이 지난달 감사원을 압수수색 했습니다.

검찰은 2019년 감사원이 관련 의혹에 대한 공익감사 청구를 기각했을 당시 내부 검토 자료를 확보한 것으로 전해졌습니다.

당시 공익감사를 청구한 건 자유한국당 진상조사단 소속이었던 곽상도 전 의원.

문 전 대통령 딸 가족의 이주 과정에 정부가 지원한 게 있는지와 딸 다혜씨가 살던 빌라를 매매하기 직전 부부간에 증여한 경위 등을 밝혀달라고 했습니다.

감사원은 두달여 만에 공익감사청구 자문위의 자문 등을 근거로 청구를 기각했습니다.

사적인 권리 관계는 감사 대상이 아니고,jagat 고스트모드정부가 위법하게 편의를 제공했다는 의혹은 근거가 없다는 게 이유였습니다.

하지만 최근 검찰 수사 과정에서 문다혜 씨가 태국 이주 당시 청와대 직원과 금전 거래를 했다는 사실이 확인되자,과거 감사 청구가 부당하게 기각된 게 아닌지,검찰이 들여다보겠다는 겁니다.

당시 감사원장은 최재형 전 국민의힘 의원,jagat 고스트모드감사원 사무총장은 김종호 전 청와대 공직기강비서관이었습니다.

한편,감사원은 압수수색 영장에 감사 청구 기각과 관련해 혐의가 기재된 건 없었고,자료 확보를 위한 절차일 뿐이라고 선을 그었습니다.
