4곳 기업등급은 '투기등급' 직전

[연합뉴스] 신용등급을 부여받아 퇴직연금 사업을 하고 있는 저축은행 30곳 가운데 절반이 부정적인 평가를 받았다.올들어 신용등급이 내리거나 등급 전망이 하향 조정된 것이다.퇴직연금을 새로 유치하기 위한 마지노선 등급(BBB-)까지 내몰린 곳도 4곳이었다.부동산 프로젝트파이낸싱(PF) 부실과 결손금 증가로 한계상황에 부딪힌 저축은행의 상황을 지적한 것이다.

30일 신용평가업계에 따르면 올들어 이후 신용등급이나 신용등급 전망이 하향 조정된 저축은행은 16곳.이중 15곳이 2분기 신평사 정기평가를 통해 결정됐다.

저축은행들은 신평사 1곳에서 평가를 받는다.SBI저축은행(A·안정적)과 한국투자저축은행(A·안정적)을 제외하고는 대부분 신평사 1곳에서 등급을 받으면 된다.퇴직연금 사업을 하기위해 등급을 받는 것인데,금융당국에서 비용 등 부담을 덜어주기 위해 평가 업체를 '1곳 이상'으로 완화했다.

나이스신용평가에서는 2분기에만 저축은행 8곳의 신용등급·전망을 내렸다.나신평은 이달 말 OSB저축은행의 신용등급을 'BBB·부정적'에서 'BBB-·안정적'으로 강등했다.키움저축은행과 고려저축은행은 등급전망을 '안정적'에서 '부정적'으로 하향했다.신용등급은 'A-'로 유지했지만 6개월 내 신용등급을 내릴 수 있다고 본 것이다.

앞서 4월에는 페퍼저축은행의 신용등급을 'BBB·부정적'에서 'BBB-·부정적'으로 내렸다.이어 KB·대신·다올·애큐온저축은행의 신용등급 전망을 '안정적'에서 '부정적'으로 하향했다.회사별 신용등급은 KB 'A',x-betkor.com 먹튀대신 'A-',x-betkor.com 먹튀다올 'BBB+',애큐온 'BBB' 등으로 유지했다.

한국기업평가도 저축은행 7곳의 신용등급과 전망을 하향 조정했다.이달 말 웰컴저축은행의 신용등급을 'BBB+·부정적'에서 'BBB·안정적'으로 강등했다.앞서 키움YES·바로·OK저축은행의 신용등급도 'BBB+·부정적'에서 'BBB·안정적'으로 내렸다.NH저축은행,모아저축은행,x-betkor.com 먹튀JT저축은행 등의 신용등급 전망은 '안정적'에서 '부정적'으로 내렸다.신용등급은 NH 'A',모아 'BBB+',x-betkor.com 먹튀JT 'BBB-' 등으로 유지했다.

한국신용평가 역시 지난 3월 JT친애저축은행의 신용등급을 'BBB'로 유지하고 등급 전망을 '안정적'에서 '부정적'으로 내렸다.여타 신평사 대비 저축은행에 대해 후한 평가를 하거나 상황을 지켜보고 있는 셈이다.

저축은행들의 신용도가 단기간에 무더기로 내린 것은 이들 업체의 수익성이 심상치 않은 상황이라는 관측이 나온다.부동산 PF 위험 수위가 저축은행들의 자산 건전성에 직격탄을 날리고 있다는 뜻이다.금융당국에서도 자본여력을 감안해 감당할 수 있는 수준이라면서도 향후 상황 변화에 대한 모니터링을 강조하고 있다.

특히 금융지주인 KB와 NH저축은행의 등급 전망이 부정적으로 내린 것도 이례적이다.KB·NH저축은행은 지난해 각각 936억원,562억원 당기순손실을 기록했다.고정이하여신비율은 작년 말 각각 10.1%,8.8%로 1년 새 1∼2%가량 상승했다.

스마트·페퍼·OSB·JT저축은행 등 4곳은 신용등급이 투기등급(BB) 직전까지 밀렸다.이들 업체의 신용등급은 BBB-다.등급이 내리면 신규 퇴직연금 자금을 유치할 수 없다.자금 조달에 어려움을 겪게 되는 것이다.
