오늘부터 휘발유와 경유 등 기름값이 오릅니다.

정부가 유류세 인하 폭을 줄이기 때문인데요.

서민들의 부담이 커질 전망입니다.

주변보다 기름값이 싼 것으로 알려진 경기도 고양시의 주유소.

비가 내리는 휴일 오전부터 미리 주유하려는 차량들이 긴 줄을 만들었습니다.

"오늘까지는 이 가격이고 내일부터는 (리터당) 아마 30원 정도 오르지 않을까…"

정부는 유류세 인하 조치를 8월 말까지 두 달 더 연장하는 대신,동행복권 당첨확률인하 폭을 줄이기로 했습니다.

이에 따라 오늘부터 휘발유는 리터당 41원,동행복권 당첨확률경유는 38원의 유류세가 추가 반영되고,동행복권 당첨확률기름값도 오르게 됩니다.

어제 전국 주유소의 평균 휘발유 가격은 리터 당 1천670원이었지만,동행복권 당첨확률유류세 인상분을 전부 반영하면 단숨에 1천700원대에 진입하게 됩니다.

무엇보다 최근 국제 유가가 상승세로 돌아선 만큼,당분간 기름값 상승은 불가피해 보입니다.

"(국제 유가가 오르면서) 기름값 상승 요인이 이미 발생한 데다,유류세 환원분 인상 효과까지 겹쳐서 7월 중순까지 대략 2주,3주 정도는 국내 기름값도 강한 오름세가 보일 것으로 예상을 하고 있습니다."

7~8월 폭우와 폭염으로 농산물 가격 급등이 우려되는 상황에서,기름값 인상은 서민들의 물가 부담을 가중시킬 수 있습니다.

[정명주]
"필수적으로 지출해야 되는 부분들이 생필품이나 아니면 기름값이 오르면 제가 쓸 돈이 많이 줄어들다 보니까.갈수록 좀 더 팍팍해지는 것 같아요."

정부는 국민들의 유류비 부담과 유가,동행복권 당첨확률물가 동향 등을 고려해 8월 중순쯤 유류세 인하 조치를 더 연장할지,동행복권 당첨확률유류세 인하 폭을 추가로 축소할지 등을 결정할 예정입니다.
