오늘 오전,메인 보드 메모리 슬롯 불량경기 화성시의 한 리튬 전지 제조공장에서 큰불이 나 현재 진화 작업이 진행 중입니다.

[리포트]

경기 화성시의 한 리튬제조공장 앞,메인 보드 메모리 슬롯 불량연기 속 불꽃과 함께 큰 소리의 폭발음이 연달아 들립니다.

["무섭다 어 무서워."]

[이정복/경기 화성시 : "연기가 엄청 이제 많이 치솟았거든요.옆으로 지나갈때는 이제 배터리 그게 이제 터지더라고요.막 이렇게 폭죽 터지듯이."]

바로 옆 동에서 일하던 근무자도 불이 난 공장의 폭발음을 들었습니다.

[박광현/경기 안산시 : "팝콘 튀긴다는 소리 있죠 파파파박 튀는 소리요.탁 튀다가 나중에는 막 연쇄 폭발처럼 다다다닥 튀더라고요."]

현장연기도 색이 바뀌면서 끊임없이 치솟았다고 설명했습니다.

[박광현/경기 안산시 : "처음에는 회색 비슷하게 나다가 나중에 검은색 연기도 나고 갑자기 하얀색 연기도 막 그러더라고요."]

공장 근처에 살고 있는 주민에게도 폭발이 느껴질 정도로 계속됐습니다.

[박지우/경기 화성시 : "창문이요?닫아놓는데 그게 중간에 한번 뭐 펑펑 터지는 소리가 나면서도 창문이 울리더라고요.한번 문도 쿵 소리도 나고."]

시커먼 연기와 폭발이 이어지면서 KBS에는 시청자들의 제보가 오후에도 계속 이어졌습니다.
