경찰 수사 착수…병원 측 "피해자 3명 모두 의식 없어"

(봉화=연합뉴스) 김선형 기자 = 초복에 오리고기를 나눠 먹고 중태에 빠진 마을 주민들에게서 농약 성분이 검출돼 경찰이 수사에 나섰다.

16일 경북경찰청에 따르면 전날 경북 봉화군 봉화읍 한 마을 식당에서 오리고기를 나눠 먹고 심정지와 근육 경직 증세를 보인 60∼70대 여성 3명의 위에서 농약 성분이 확인됐다.

농약 성분은 안동병원 의료진이 이들의 위세척액을 국립과학수사연구원에 보내 정밀 감정을 요청한 결과 확인됐다.

의료진은 국과수에 혈액 표본도 넘겼다.

이들의 공통된 초기 증상은 호흡 곤란과 침 흘림,일격 우라오스근육 경직으로 나타났다.

현재는 3명 모두 의식이 없는 중한 상태라고 병원 측은 밝혔다.

사건 당일 이들을 포함한 경로당 회원 41명은 함께 오리고기를 나눠 먹은 것으로 파악됐다.

경찰은 용의자 특정을 위해 경로당 회원 등 주변 탐문,일격 우라오스폐쇄회로(CC)TV 분석 등을 실시할 방침이다.

경찰 관계자는 "누군가 고의로 음식에 농약을 넣은 것으로 보인다"라며 "범인을 추적 중"이라고 말했다.
