다음달부터 서울에 거주하는 다자녀 가구는 남산 1·3호터널을 무료로 지날 수 있다.서울시는‘서울특별시 혼잡통행료 징수 조례’가 개정됨에 따라 8월21일부터 다자녀 가족이 소유한 자동차'에 혼잡통행료 부과를 면제한다고 11일 발표했다.

12일부터 두 자녀 이상이면서 막내 나이가 만 18세 미만인 다자녀 가구가‘바로녹색결제’시스템에 차량 정보를 사전 등록하면 다음 달 21일부터 남산1·3호 터널을 지날 때 혼잡통행료가 자동으로 면제된다.

면제가 시행되는 날부터 바로 적용받기 위해서는 8월21일 전에 혼잡통행료,fc 바르셀로나 대 rcd 마요르카 라인업공영주차장 등 서울 시내 공공시설 이용료를 비대면 자동 결제할 수 있는 바로녹색결제에 등록하면 되고 미리 등록하지 못한 경우에는 톨게이트 대면부스에서‘다둥이 행복카드’를 보여주면 된다.

서울특별시 출산 및 양육지원에 관한 조례에 따라 서울에 거주하며 둘 이상 자녀를 출산 또는 입양하여 양육 중인 가족 소유(명의) 차량 한 대만 등록 가능하며 막내 나이(만18세 미만)에 따라 유효기간이 정해지므로 사전에 면제 요건에 해당하는지 확인이 필요하다.
