보도에 따르면 중국 공산당 중앙정치국은 이날 시진핑 중국 국가주석이 주재한 회의를 통해 3중전회를 다음달 15일부터 18일까지 베이징에서 개최하기로 결정했다.

3중전회는 중국의 신임 지도부가 1년간 국정을 운영해본 뒤 5년간의 주요 경제정책 방향에 대한 결정을 통해 국정 운영의 마스터플랜을 제시하는 자리다.

시진핑 3기 지도부의 3중전회는 통상 회기를 감안해 당초 지난해 가을 개최할 것으로 예상됐지만 열리지 않았고 올해 4월이 돼서야 7월에 개최하겠다는 방침을 확정한 바 있다.
