국내의 한 중견기업 회장이 아내의 머리를 와인병으로 가격하는 등 중상해를 입힌 혐의로 검찰에 넘겨졌다.

서울 강남경찰서는 아내를 폭행해 다치게 한 A씨를 특수상해 등 혐의로 서울중앙지검에 지난 26일 불구속 송치했다고 30일 밝혔다.A씨는 코스닥에 상장된 국내의 한 중견기업 회장으로 알려졌다.

경찰에 따르면 A씨는 지난달 말 서울 강남구 자택에서 와인병으로 아내 B씨의 머리를 내려치고 폭행하는 등 전치 6주의 상해를 입힌 혐의를 받는다.

A씨의 폭행으로 와인병이 깨졌고,슬롯 먼 서쪽 무료B씨는 갈비뼈 4대가 부러지고 치아 일부가 부러지는 등 상처를 입었다.A씨는 폭행 이후에도 B씨에게 "수갑 차고 가게 생겼다"고 말하는 등 보복성 협박도 한 정황이 포착됐다.

폭행을 당한 B씨는 집에서 도망쳐 나왔고 A씨를 경찰에 살인미수 혐의로 고소했다.B씨 측은 과거에도 여러 차례 A씨로부터 가정폭력을 당했다고 경찰에 진술했다.

B씨는 또한 "A씨가 휴대전화와 노트북을 가져가는 등 증거인멸이 의심되는 행동을 하기도 했다"고 주장했다.
