LG에너지솔루션은 고객들이 원하는 성능 요건을 입력하면 최적 배터리 셀 설계안을 단 하루 만에 도출해내는 '최적 셀 설계 AI 추천 모형'을 개발했다고 14일 밝혔다.

LG에너지솔루션은 이르면 오는 10월부터 사내 셀 개발 시스템에 최적 셀 AI 추천 모형을 연동해 배터리 셀 설계에 활용해 나갈 계획이다.현재는 시범 적용 중이다.향후에는 배터리 셀 뿐만 아니라 배터리 모듈 및 팩 설계에도 해당 AI 기술을 적용해 나갈 계획이다.
