[파이낸셜뉴스] 다올투자증권이 부동산 프로젝트파이낸싱(PF) 관련 대손충당금 적립 확대 영향으로 2·4분기 적자를 기록하며 분기 연속 흑자 행진이 마감됐다.

다올투자증권은 14일 상반기 연결기준 영업손실 324억원,음식 월드컵당기순손실 217억원을 기록했다고 공시했다.중소증권사에게 우호적이지 않은 시장 환경에도 불구하고 지난해 4·4분기부터 올해 1·4분기까지 2개 분기 연속 흑자를 이어왔지만 부동산 PF 사업성 평가 기준 강화에 따라 대손 충당금(증권 257억원·저축은행 83억원)을 추가로 적립하면서 손실 규모가 커졌다는 것이 회사측 설명이다.다만 증권의 경우 부동산 PF 관련 대손충당금 반영 전 경상이익만 놓고 보면 60억원의 이익이 났다.

다올투자증권은 채권 매각 및 상환 등을 통해 부동산 PF 관련 익스포저(위험노출액)를 지속적으로 축소해 왔다.특히 브릿지론의 경우 지난 2022년 12월 말 기준 2100억원대에서 올해 6월 말 1100억원대로 절반 가까이 축소시켰다.여기에 대손충당금을 추가로 적립하면서 현재 브릿지론 순익스포저는 500억원이하로 떨어졌다.

다올투자증권 관계자는 "브릿지론 익스포저가 급감하고,음식 월드컵선제적인 충당금 반영에 따라 향후 추가적인 부실에 의한 손익 영향은 매우 제한적일 것으로 보고있다"고 설명했다.

한편 다올투자증권은 지난 13일 200억원 규모의 후순위사모사채를 성공적으로 발행하며,음식 월드컵장기 유동성 확보와 함께 NCR(영업용손자본비율) 상승효과를 얻었다.
