지치부시 당국은 인재 확보가 재채용 제도를 도입한 이유라고 밝혔다.지치부시 총무부 관계자는 “일과 육아·간병을 양립할 수 있는 직장 환경 마련은 중요하지만,한국 대 중국 축구퇴직을 해야 하는 사람도 많다”면서 “상황이 안정되면 직장으로 복귀할 수 있는 제도의 정비가 필요하다고 생각했다"고 말했다.

국내에서도 은행권을 중심으로 육아퇴직 제도가 확산하는 중이다.육아퇴직은 퇴사 후 2~3년간 아이를 돌본 뒤 다시 입사하는 제도다.

은행권에서 처음 이 제도를 도입한 곳은 국민은행이다.올해 초 직원 45명이 재채용을 보장받고 퇴직했다.출산·육아휴직(2년)과 육아퇴직(3년)까지 합쳐 최대 5년간 아이를 키우는 데 집중할 수 있다.

우리은행은 오는 30일자로‘재채용 조건부 육아퇴직’을 신청한 직원 35명을 퇴직 처리할 예정이다.육아퇴직자는 퇴직 후 2년 6개월 뒤 별도 채용 과정 없이 복직할 수 있다.만 7세 이하 자녀를 둔 직원이 대상으로,한국 대 중국 축구그간 쌓은 인사 평가와 연수 이력 등은 유지된다.재채용 시점으로 최초 입행일이 변경돼 신규 직원번호를 받는다.
