심장병과 당뇨병,암 환자 등 92개의 환자단체가 국회 앞에 모였습니다.

전공의 이탈 상황을 넉 달째 버텼는데 이젠 집단휴진까지 참아야 하느냐며,의사들의 집단행동에도 피해가 최소화될 수 있도록 관련 법 개정이 시급하다고 촉구했습니다.

"정부도 의료계도 아무도 책임을 지지 않는 상황에서 결국 고통받아야 하는 것은 치료받는 환자들뿐입니다."

일부 환자단체는 대한의사협회에 직접 호소문을 전달하기도 했습니다.

"어디서 환자를 볼모를 잡고 의료진 비대위원들 몇 명이서 의사들을 진료를 못하게 하는 거야!"

정부는 이미 예약된 환자의 진료를 일방적으로 취소하면,의료법이 금지하는 '진료 거부'에 해당한다고 강조했습니다.

한 달간의 자격정지 처분이나,1년 이하의 징역,리즈 유나이티드 대 뉴캐슬 유나이티드 fc 라인업1천만 원 이하의 벌금에 처해질 수 있습니다.

오늘부터는 종합병원 외에 동네 의원급의 휴진 피해 신고도 접수하기로 했습니다.

정부와 의료계가 대화의 실마리를 찾지 못하면서,막 개원한 22대 국회가 중재에 나섰습니다.

박주민 보건복지위원장 등 야당 의원들이 오는 17일 무기한 휴진에 들어갈 서울대병원 교수들을 하루 앞선 16일에 만날 계획입니다.

오늘 첫 전체회의를 연 보건복지위는 오는 19일 조규홍 보건복지부 장관을 불러 현안보고를 받기로 했습니다.
