화성 배터리공장 화재 사망자 중엔 세 남매의 아버지와 결혼을 앞둔 30대 여성도 있었습니다.

시신 훼손이 심해서 신원을 확인하지 못한 경우도 많습니다.

운구 차량 한 대가 장례지하 출입로로 들어옵니다.

유족이 희생자 시신을 실은 운구대를 두드리며 통곡합니다.

공장 화재로 숨진 50대 김 모 씨는 세 남매의 아버지입니다.

가장 먼저 발견돼 병원으로 옮겨졌지만 결국 숨졌습니다.

부검을 위해 시신을 국과수로 옮기겠다고 하자 유족들은 연락도 제대로 받지 못했다며 거세게 반발했습니다.

"자기 아빠 가는 것도 못 보게 왜 이러세요?아니 어떻게 이럴 수가 있어요?전화받으셨으면 유족한테 간다고 연락은 주실 수 있잖아요."

유족들 항의속에 시신은 결국 장례식장으로 돌아왔습니다.

올해 결혼을 앞둔 30대 딸을 먼저 보낸 아버지는 울분을 감추지 못합니다.

딸은 10년 전 취업비자를 받고 중국에서 한국으로 건너왔습니다.

"목걸이 사진 하나 찍어주면 이대로 보기만 하면 벌써 확인됐는데 그것도 안 돼서…목걸이만 보면 안다고요.우리는 가족이니까."

시신 훼손이 너무 심해 이름이나 나이도 파악되지 않은 경우도 많습니다.

사고 소식에 한달음에 공장 앞으로 달려온 유족들은 오열했습니다.

"어디있어 내 아들,리그벳우리 아들,어디 있어요 어디."

주한중국대사는 직접 사고 현장을 찾았습니다.

"조난자,리그벳조난자의 가족,리그벳그리고 부상자 아쉬운 것 없이 위문도 하고 위로도 하고…"

사망자들은 모두 국과수에서 부검을 한 이후,리그벳유족 의사에 따라 장소를 마련해 빈소를 차릴 예정입니다.
