이에 따르면 증권사는 복수 집행시장의 '통합호가'를 기준으로 최선집행기준에 따라 주문을 집행하는 체계를 구축해야 하며 투자자의 주문이 특정시장에 집중되도록 투자자 주문 지시를 유도하면 안됩니다.

증권사가 주문을 투자자에게 유리한 시장으로 우선 배분하고 정당한 사유 없이 집행 시장을 차별하지 못하도록 한 겁니다.
