경기경제자유구역청이 26일 국내 4개 기업과 투자유치 협약을 체결했다.

경기경제자유구역청이 평택 포승(BIX)지구에 890억원의 기업투자 유치를 성공했다.

경기경제청은 26일 평택 경기경제자유구역 8층 회의실에서 ㈜진성에스앤피,애너하임 덕스고려항업㈜,애너하임 덕스㈜진용엔지니어링,애너하임 덕스㈜세아에스에이,평택시와 투자협약을 체결했다.

경기경제청은 이번 투자로 평택 포승지구에 235명의 새 일자리가 생기고,자동차-디스플레이 부품 제조기업의 입주에 따라 미래모빌리티 클러스터 구축에도 탄력이 붙을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

경기경제청과 평택시는 기업들의 공장 건축에 필요한 각종 인허가는 물론 준공 시까지 발생하는 고충 해결을 위한 지원을 약속했다.또 평택 포승(BIX)지구 내 조속한 제조시설 조성으로 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고 친환경적 시설 운영과 관리를 위해 함께 노력하기로 했다.

최원용 경기경제청장은 "대내외 경제 여건이 어려운 상황에서도 포승(BIX)지구에 투자를 결정해 주신 4개 기업에 감사하다"며 "입주기업들이 경자구역에서 사업을 하는 데 어려움이 없도록 모든 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 약속했다.

평택 포승(BIX)지구는 총 204만㎡(62만평) 면적에 산업시설용지 78만㎡,애너하임 덕스물류 시설 용지 55만㎡를 비롯해 주거시설 및 근린생활시설과 기타 지원시설을 갖추고 있다.

사업지구 5㎞ 이내에 아산국가산업단지,포승2일반산업단지,애너하임 덕스경기경제자유구역 평택 현덕지구 등이 인접해 있으며,애너하임 덕스2024년 연내 서부내륙고속도로 포승IC와 서해선 복선전철(안중역)이 개통된다.
