(서울=연합뉴스) 이민영 기자 = SK증권은 12일 심텍의 메모리기판 수요 회복 가속화 등으로 실적 우상향이 기대된다며 목표주가를 4만7천500원에서 4만9천500원으로 올렸다.

박형우 연구원은 "저부가 제품군 매출은 감소하고 FCCSP(플립칩 칩스케일 패키지)와 MCP(모바일메모리 및 SSD용 패키징판) 제품군의 수요가 회복되고 있다"며 "3월부터 신규 주문이 증가했고 3∼5월 3개월 연속 주문이 늘었다"고 짚었다.

이어 "당초 예상보다 메모리기판의 회복세가 가파른 가운데 MCP 기판 산업 내 심텍의 점유율이 상승하고 있다"며 "2분기 중 주문 증가가 나타나고 3분기부터 본격적인 실적 개선이 예상된다"고 설명했다.

그는 "지난해 초부터 극단적인 재고조정과 단가 인하에 따른 기저효과가 존재하고 신규 수주가 증가 추세에 있어 실적의 우상향 트렌드는 지속될 것"이라고 내다봤다.

이에 따라 2분기 영업이익 추정치를 10억원에서 31억원으로 상향 조정했다.아울러 올해 연간 영업이익 예상치도 356억원에서 506억원으로 상향했다.

그는 "볼그리드어레이(FCBGA) 관련주보다 메모리기판 관련주를 선호하며 메모리 비중이 높은 기업에 대한 옥석가리기가 필요한 시점"이라며 "저점 매수 전략을 제시한다"고 했다.
