불법 유흥업소 전단지를 제작하고 살포해온 일당이 검찰에 넘겨졌습니다.

서울경찰청 풍속단속계는 유흥업소 관계자 등 41명을 청소년보호법과 풍속영업규제법 위반 등의 혐의로 검찰에 넘겼습니다.

이들은 서울 강남구에서 음란행위를 알선하는 불법 유흥업소를 홍보하는 전단지를 제작하고 상습 살포해온 혐의를 받습니다.

유흥업소에서 영업부장으로 일하며 불법 전단지를 살포한 일당 중 한 명은 현직 지자체 일반직 9급 공무원도 포함돼 있던 것으로 드러났습니다.

경찰은 불법 전단지를 제작해온 대구와 부산의 인쇄업소 3곳도 추가로 적발했습니다.
