(서울=연합뉴스) 김기훈 기자 = 서울시가 민간기업과 손잡고 반지하 등 취약계층 주거환경을 개선하는 '주거안심동행 민관협력사업'을 이어간다.

시는 오는 28일 오전 11시 시청에서 대한주택건설협회 서울특별시회,카지노 일베서울특별시사회복지협의회와 주거안심동행 민관협력사업을 위한 업무협약을 맺는다고 27일 밝혔다.

지난달 서울보증보험,카지노 일베한국해비타트와의 업무협약에 이어 올해 두 번째로 체결하는 협약이다.

시는 올해 50가구를 목표로 사업을 추진한다.

시가 지원가구 선정과 행정지원을 하고,민간기업과 단체는 주택 개보수에 필요한 자재·공사비를 후원하거나 맞춤형 리모델링을 진행하는 방식이다.

주택건설협회 서울시회는 주거환경이 열악한 반지하 주택 및 저층주택 10가구에 대해 직접 시공을 맡아 집수리를 할 예정이다.

서울시사회복지협의회는 네트워크를 활용해 사각지대에 놓인 주거취약가구를 추천하거나 기부금 영수증에 관한 처리를 담당하게 된다.

한병용 서울시 주택정책실장은 "올해 50가구 지원을 목표로 보다 많은 기업·비영리단체와 협약을 체결해 주거환경 개선사업을 지속적으로 추진해 나가겠다"고 말했다.
