어젯밤(15일) 서울 강남의 한 아파트 옥상에서 투신을 시도하던 고등학생이 경찰에 구조됐습니다.최근 현장에 투입된 위기협상 전문요원이 2시간 넘게 설득한 덕에 학생은 무사히 가족의 품으로 돌아갈 수 있었습니다.

서울 서초동의 한 아파트 옥상입니다.

안전대도 없는 좁은 옥상 난간에 고등학생이 앉아 있습니다.

어젯밤 8시 반쯤 "지인이 아파트 옥상에서 뛰어내릴 거라고 한다"는 신고가 접수됐습니다.

경찰은 고등학생 A군의 휴대전화 신호를 추적해 아파트를 특정했습니다.

15개 동을 집중 수색해 한 곳의 옥상 문을 강제로 열고 들어가 A군을 발견했습니다.

위기협상전문요원 2명은 가족관계와 좋아하는 음식으로 2시간 넘게 이야기를 하며 친밀감을 높였습니다.

요원들은 A군이 밑을 바라볼 때마다 '누나 여기 있다'며 주의를 집중시켰습니다.

보조배터리를 요구하자 조금만 더 가까이 와달라고 했고 A군은 결국 난간 안쪽으로 넘어와 구조됐습니다.
