현대자동차와 기아는 오늘(13일)‘전기차 안심 점검 서비스’를 실시한다고 밝혔습니다.

현대차·기아는 “최근 전기차 화재 발생에 대한 고객 우려가 높아진 상황에서 전기차에 대한 불안감을 해소하고 고객의 안전 주행을 돕기 위해 이번 안심 점검 서비스를 마련했다”고 설명했습니다.

대상은 현대차와 기아,제네시스의 승용과 소형 상용 전기차 모든 차종입니다.

각 사의 고객센터를 통해 평일과 토요일 가운데 원하는 일정과 장소를 선택해 예약한 뒤 서비스 거점을 방문하면 됩니다.

제네시스를 비롯한 현대차 고객은 직영 하이테크센터와 블루핸즈,인페르노 슬롯 무료 스핀기아 고객은 직영 서비스센터와 오토큐에서 점검을 받을 수 있습니다.

점검 항목은 절연저항과 전압편차,인페르노 슬롯 무료 스핀냉각시스템,연결 케이블과 커넥터 손상 여부,하체 충격과 손상 여부 등 전기차 안전과 관련한 9개 항목입니다.

현대차·기아 관계자는 “이번 점검을 통해 전기차에 대한 불안감을 해소하고 고객이 안전하게 주행할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 말했습니다.
