롯데바이오로직스가 인천 송도에 바이오 의약품 생산 공장 착공식을 열고 의약품 포트폴리오 확장에 나섭니다.

롯데바이오는 오늘(3일) 오전 인천 송도국제도시에서 송도 바이오 캠퍼스 1공장 착공식을 얼었습니다.

롯데건설이 설계·조달·시공(EPC)을 맡은 1공장은 바이오 의약품 12만ℓ생산 규모로 2026년 1분기 완공되고,바르토슈 베레신스키2027년 1월 본격 가동될 예정입니다.

롯데바이오는 송도 바이오 캠퍼스에 이 같은 규모의 바이오 의약품 생산 공장을 총 3개 건설할 예정이라고 전했습니다.

3개 공장이 완공되면 2022년 다국적 제약사 브리스톨 마이어스 스큅(BMS)으로부터 인수한 미국 시러큐스 바이오 의약품 생산 공장(4만ℓ규모)과 함께 총 40만ℓ규모의 생산 설비를 구축하게 됩니다.

롯데바이오는 이와 같은 물적·인적 인프라를 활용해 2030년까지 매출 1조 5천억 원을 달성해 글로벌‘톱10’수준의 위탁개발생산(CDMO) 기업으로 성장하겠다는 목표를 밝혔습니다.

이원직 롯데바이오 대표는 바이오 클러스터가 있는 송도의 지리적 장점과 인력 수급의 편의성 등을 고려해 송도를 공장 부지로 선정했다고 밝혔습니다.
