대법원 1부(주심 노태악 대법관)는 11일 강도살인 등 혐의로 기소된 이경우(37)와 황대한(37)에게 무기징역을 선고한 원심 판결을 확정했다.공범인 연지호(31)는 징역 23년형,범행을 사주한 유상원(52),황은희(50) 부부는 각각 8년형,응원봉 파츠6년형이 확정됐다.
유상원·황은희 부부는 가상화폐 투자 실패로 갈등을 빚던 피해자를 납치해 살해하라고 이경우에게 7000만원을 주고 시킨 혐의로 기소됐다.
이경우·황대한·연지호는 지난해 4월 29일 오후 11시경 강남구 역삼동의 한 아파트 앞에서 40대 여성을 납치해 대전에서 살해하고 대청댐 인근 야산에 시신을 암매장했다.피해 여성은 이틀 후에 시신이 발견됐다.
검찰은 앞서 범행의 배후인 유상원·황은희 부부에게 강도살인 혐의를 적용했지만 해당 혐의를 무죄로 본 원심 판단이 대법원에서도 유지됐다.
