[헤럴드경제=이명수 기자] 야간외출 제한 명령을 어기고 집을 나선 혐의로 실형을 선고받은 두순이 19일 형기를 채우고 만기출소했다.

19일 조선일보에 따르면,야구 나눔 드림수원구치소에 수감 중이던 조두순은 이날 8시5분쯤 전자장치부착법 위반으로 선고 받은 징역 3개월의 형기를 마치고 출소했다.만기출소의 경우 보통 오전 5시~5시30분쯤 출소하나,야구 나눔 드림조두순의 경우 전자장치를 부착하는 등 추가 절차를 거쳤다고 한다.

조두순은 작년 12월 4일 오후 9시5분쯤‘오후 9시 이후 야간 외출 금지’명령을 위반하고 경기 안산시에 있는 주거지 밖으로 40분가량 외출한 혐의로 기소됐다.당시 그는 주거지 건물 1층 공동현관문으로부터 6∼7ｍ 거리에 위치한 방범 초소로 걸어와 근무 중이던 경찰관 2명에게 말을 걸었던 것으로 조사됐다.

수원지법 형사항소2부는 지난달 29일 조두순의 전자장치 부착 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의 항소심에서 조두순과 검사가 제기한 항소를 모두 기각하고 징역 3개월을 내린 원심판결을 그대로 유지했다.
