올해 전주세계소리축제 개막 공연,러시아 월드컵 대한민국 포메이션'잡색 X'입니다.

임실필봉농악 풍물 굿판을 무대 위로 가져왔습니다.

풍요와 다산의 상징,러시아 월드컵 대한민국 포메이션금성의 삼신이 해금과 거문고,가야금으로 마을에 우물을 불러냅니다.

우물은 현대적으로 재해석된 세탁기.

그곳에서 얼굴 없는 아이들이 태어납니다.

이 아이들은 각자의 정체성을 고민하며 임실필봉농악의 기원으로 성장해갑니다.

올해 소리축제는 '로컬프리즘,시선의 확장'을 주제로 삼았습니다.

13개국에서 참여한 예술가들이 80개 프로그램 106회 공연을 준비했습니다.

특히 개막 시기를 가을에서 여름으로 옮겨 축제의 격을 한층 끌어올렸습니다.

올해의 국창 김영자와 바이올리니스트 정경화,피아니스트 임동혁 등 국내외 정상급 아티스트를 초청했습니다.

한여름 무더위를 축제의 열기로 이겨내는 '이열치열' 전략인 셈인데,실내 공연은 예술성에,야외공연은 대중성에 초점을 맞췄습니다.

지역축제를 넘어 공연예술제로 성장을 꿈꾸는 전주세계소리축제는 오는 18일까지 닷새 동안 이어집니다.
