[제주=뉴시스] 양영전 기자 = 제주도·제주도의회·제주교육청이 청렴한 제주 사회 구현을 위해 뜻을 모았다.

오영훈 제주지사·이상봉 제주도의장·김광수 제주교육감은 15일 오후 제주시 연동 제주도의회 도민카페에서 열린 '청렴 제주 실천을 위한 공동선언식'에 참석해 첨령 실천 의지를 천명했다.

이번 3개 기관 공동선언은 도교육청의 제안으로 이뤄졌으며 도의회의 협조로 도의회 개회식과 연계해 개최됐다.

공동선언문에는 ▲공직자의 솔선수범을 통한 지역 청렴 문화 조성 ▲도민과의 적극적 소통을 통한 투명한 행정 구현 ▲불합리한 관행 개선을 위한 제도 개선 등의 내용이 담겼다.

오영훈 지사는 "이번 선언이 구호에 그치지 않고 실질적인 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있도록 공직사회 전반에 청렴 문화가 체질화되도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

이상봉 의장은 "이번 청렴 실천 공동선언을 계기로 3개 기관이 지속적인 협력을 이어가 지역사회에 청렴 문화를 확산시키는 중요한 역할을 해나가길 바란다"고 전했다.

김광수 교육감은 "이번 청렴 실천 공동선언을 통해 모든 교육가족,로또3등후기도민이 함께 청렴 제주교육을 실천해 청렴으로 빛나는 제주교육이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 강조했다.

이번 선언을 계기로 3개 기관은 협력사항의 원활한 추진과 협업을 위한 실무협의회 구성해 운영할 계획이다.
