부동산 업계와 뉴스1 보도에 따르면 지난 3월 서울 강남구 신사동에 위치한 연면적 305.62㎡(약 92평)의 단독주택이 285억원에 매매됐다.

이 주택의 매수자는 아이아이컴바인드였는데,2024년3월31일 NEC 네이메헨 PSV 에인트호번부동산 등기부 등본 등에 따르면 별도 대출 설정이 없어 전액 현금으로 거래한 것으로 추정된다.이 주택은 젠틀몬스터 하우스 도산 매장과 직선거리로 50m 떨어져 있다.
