[서울=뉴시스] 최홍 기자 = 금융위원회가 전세사기 피해자에 대한 총부채원리금상환비율(DSR),바카라사이트쿠폰주택담보대출비율(LTV) 등 대출규제 완화 조치를 연장한다.

금융위는 26일 개최된 제12차 금융위원회 정례회의에서 '은행업감독규정' 등 5개 규정의 일부 개정안이 의결됐다고 밝혔다.

이번 규정 개정은 전세사기 피해자 지원을 위한 대출규제 완화조치의 기한이 도래함에 따라 해당 조치를 연장하기 위함이다.

감독규정에 따르면 '전세사기피해자 지원 및 주거안정에 관한 특별법'에 따라 결정된 전세사기피해자는 거주주택(전세사기피해주택)을 낙찰받거나 신규로 주택을 구입하는 경우 완화된 LTV·DSR 규제를 적용받을 수 있다.

최대 4억 한도 범위내에서 DSR·DTI 적용이 제외되고,바카라사이트쿠폰피해주택 경락자금의 경우 낙찰가액 전액(100%)을 대출받을 수 있다.

또 일반 주택구입 목적 주담대의 경우 비규제지역에 한해 LTV규제는 80%까지 완화된다.

이번 의결에 따라 전세사기 피해자에 대한 피해주택 경락자금 마련을 위한 대출규제 완화는 지속될 예정이다.

피해주택 외 일반 주택구입목적의 대출규제 완화 규정은 내년 6월 1일까지 1년간 연장된다．
