16일 제주시에 따르면 화북2공공주택지구 토지거래허가구역 내 토지 중 허가를 받아 취득한 73필지를 대상으로 한 이용실태 조사가 완료됐다.

시는 토지거래허가구역으로 지정된 2023년 11월20일부터 올해 5월31일까지 토지거래허가를 받아 취득한 73필지(▲주거용 54필지 ▲사업용 9필지 ▲복지편익용 1필지 ▲농·임업용 9필지)를 대상으로 허가된 이용 목적의 이행 여부 및 무단 전용사항 등 이용실태를 조사했다.

제주시 화북2동,도련1동,영평동,갤럭시 카지노 주소봉개동 등 화북2공공주택지구 총 1만6449필지(14.25㎢)는 2023년 11월20일부터 2028년 11월19일까지 5년간 토지거래허가구역으로 지정된 바 있다.

조사 결과 대부분의 토지는 허가된 목적대로 이용되고 있었으나,사업용 및 농업용 각 1필지에 대해 이행이 지연되고 있는 것이 확인됐다.

시는 2건에 대해서 목적대로 이용하라는 내용의 이행 명령을 내리고,소명이 되지 않거나 이행이 이뤄지지 않으면 이행강제금을 부과할 예정이다.

토지거래허가 구역 내에서 일정 면적 이상(주거지역 60㎡초과,갤럭시 카지노 주소공업지역 150㎡초과,갤럭시 카지노 주소녹지지역 100㎡초과)의 토지를 거래하려면 허가를 받아야 한다.

허가받은 목적별로 2~5년 동안(복지편익용,농·임업용 및 주거용 2년,갤럭시 카지노 주소사업용 4년,기타 5년) 이용 의무가 발생하게 된다.
