[광주=뉴시스] 변재훈 기자 = 광주지법 형사10단독 나상아 판사는 업무상횡령 혐의로 기소된 모 노인복지센터 운영부장 A(39)씨에게 징역 8개월을 선고했다고 3일 밝혔다.

A씨는 2022년 1월부터 지난해 5월까지 광주 서구 소재 복지 법인 명의 계좌에서 총 44차례에 걸쳐 6698여 만원을 빼돌린 혐의로 기소됐다.

A씨는 법인 명의 계좌를 관리하는 자신의 지위를 이용,테슬라 요크핸들자신의 계좌로 빼돌린 돈을 개인 빚 변제 등에 쓴 것으로 조사됐다.

재판장은 "A씨가 업무상 보관하고 있던 법인의 돈을 장기간 횡령했고 금액도 크다.현재까지 피해 회복 또는 합의하지 않은 점,테슬라 요크핸들범행을 인정하는 점,테슬라 요크핸들형사 처벌 전력은 없는 점 등을 고려해 형을 정했다.다만 피해 회복·합의의 기회를 부여하고자 법정 구속은 하지 않는다"고 판시했다.
