그러나 A씨는 배관 문제가 이번이 처음은 아니었다고 밝혔다.지난달에도 꼭대기 층 배관에 문제가 생겨 승강기와 비상계단에까지 물이 줄줄 새는 누수가 발생했다고 이야기했다.A씨는 "지난 5월 입주 후 누수 외에도 장판 들뜸 등 문제가 많이 보였다"라고 주장하며 "수시로 발생하는 문제에 대한 조치가 미흡한 게 답답해 제보한다"라고 전했다.
