국내 최초로 미술품 경매에 나온 서울 강남 오피스텔 분양권이 219억원에 팔렸다.

서울옥션은 25일 서울 신사동 서울옥션 강남센터에서 열린 경매에서 서울 서초구 반포동에 건축 예정인‘더 팰리스 73′의 오피스텔 1개 호실(전용면적 261.30㎡) 분양권이 서면 경합 끝에 219억원에 낙찰됐다고 밝혔다.

이 오피스텔은 시작가 160억원부터 5억원씩 가격을 올리는 방식으로 경매가 진행됐다.서울옥션 관계자는 “치열한 경합 끝에 원래 분양가 210억원보다 9억원 높은 가격에 낙찰됐다”며 “부동산 분양권이 미술 경매에 나온 것은 처음이라 더 관심을 끈 것 같다”고 전했다.

‘더 팰리스 73′은‘백색의 건축가’로 불리는 건축 거장 리처드 마이어가 설계에 참여한 국내 최초의 주거 시설이다.전체 73개실 중 출품된 호실에 한해 마이어가 설립한 건축 회사 마이어 파트너스가 내부 인테리어 디자인을 담당하고 서울옥션이 아트 컨설팅을 별도로 제공할 예정이다.
