경영권 지분 99.86% 매각

국내 사모펀드(PEF) 운용사인 VIG파트너스는 식자재·위탁급식 업체인 푸디스트 경영권을 사조그룹에 매각했다.

VIG파트너스는는‘VIG3호펀드’를 통해 보유 중인 푸디스트 지분 99.86%를 2500억원에 매각하는 주식매매계약을 체결했다고 24일 밝혔다.

8월 중으로 예정된 거래 종결이 완료되면,광주 대 수원VIG는 배당과 리파이낸싱(자본재조달) 등을 통한 회수금액과 합산해 투자 원금의 2배 이상을 회수할 것으로 알려졌다.내부수익률(IRR)은 15% 내외로 전해졌다.

VIG는 지난 2018년 3월 식자재마트 사업을 영위하는 윈플러스를 인수했다.2020년 2월 한화호탤앤리조트로부터 식자재 유통 및 단체급식 사업부를 1000억원에 사들였고,광주 대 수원이듬해 윈플러스와 합병해 현재의 푸디스트를 탄생시켰다.

푸디스트는 2020년 합병 이후 연평균 약 19%의 매출 성장률을 기록했다.지난해 매출 1조291억원,광주 대 수원영업이익 75억원을 기록했다.
