(서울=연합뉴스) 권혜진 기자 = 현대건설은 지난 27일 경기 의정부시 '힐스테이트 회룡역 파크뷰' 현장에서 혹서기 현장 특별 점검 및 온열질환 대응 캠페인을 실시했다고 28일 밝혔다.

황준하 안전보건최고경영자(CSO)가 현장을 방문해 휴게 시설 등을 살펴보고,아시안컵 한국 일정 방송자체 시행 중인 혹서기 온열질환 예방 매뉴얼 이행 실태를 점검했다.

현대건설은 오는 9월 말까지를 '온열질환 예방 혹서기 특별관리기간'으로 지정하고,아시안컵 한국 일정 방송'마시고!가리고!식히고!'라는 슬로건 아래 온열질환 예방 핵심 관리 수칙이 적용된 '3GO!프로그램'을 운영 중이다.

또 여름철 폭염 단계별 작업관리기준을 관심·주의·경고·위험 4단계로 구분해 옥외 작업과 휴식시간을 관리하고 휴게시설에 물과 제빙기 등을 설치했다.

건강 상태에 이상을 느낀 근로자가 요청하면 바로 작업에서 제외하고 잔여 근무 시간에 대해 노임 손실을 보전해주는 '작업열외권' 등의 제도도 운영한다.

현대건설은 이날 현장 특별 점검과 함께 행사 부스를 열었으며 황 CSO가 부스를 찾은 현장 근로자 500여명에게 직접 음료를 건넸다.

현대건설 관계자는 "때 이른 무더위에 이어 잦은 폭염 특보가 예상됨에 따라 근로자의 온열질환 사고 예방을 위해 강도 높은 대책을 마련해 현장 관리에 힘쓰고 있다"며 "근로자 안전 보건을 위해 체계적 현장 관리는 물론 전사 차원의 안전보건의식 고취와 공감대 형성을 이어갈 계획"이라고 밝혔다.
