(서울=뉴스1) 한지명 기자 = 노후화된 9호선 등촌역 일대가 최고 21층,바카라 게임 역사962세대 공동주택으로 탈바꿈한다.

서울시는 이달 4일 제9차 서울특별시 도시·건축공동위원회를 개최해 강서구 등촌동 365-27번지 일원 지구단위계획구역 지정 및 계획 결정(안)에 대하여 '수정가결'했다고 5일 밝혔다.

대상지는 9호선 등촌역 인근으로 노후·불량건축물 비율이 73% 이상인 주거지로 신규 주택 공급 및 기반 시설 정비 등이 필요한 지역이다.금회 지구단위계획 결정을 통해 노후 주거지 및 도로,통학로 등을 정비하고 최고 21층,임대주택 41세대를 포함한 총 962세대 공동주택을 건립할 예정이다.

대상지 주변 도로 확폭 및 조정을 통하여 봉제산과 등마루 근린공원을 이용하는 등산객 등 시민에게 쾌적한 보행환경을 제공하고,바카라 게임 역사인근 초·중학교 통학로를 안전하게 조성할 계획이다.

또한 대상지 북측 자연경관지구를 보전하고자 저층배치구간(8층 이하)으로 설정했으며,주변 공원,학교 및 저층 주거지 등 경관을 고려하여 규모 및 높이를 계획했다.

서울시는 "이번 결정으로 지역 특성을 고려한 주거환경 정비,등촌역세권과 연계한 주택 공급을 통해 노후 주거지 정비 및 서민 주거 안정에 크게 이바지할 것"이라고 기대했다.
