임직원 업무상 배임 혐의

[서울=뉴시스]임철휘 기자 = 경찰이 서울교통공사(서교공) 임직원들의 '납품 계약 비리 의혹'과 관련해 강제수사에 나섰다.

서울경찰청 반부패수사대는 12일 오전 서울 용답동 서교공 본사에 수사관을 보내 경영지원실 계약처 사무실 등을 압수수색 중이라고 밝혔다.

경찰 관계자는 "서교공 임직원들의 업무상 배임 혐의로 압수수색 중"이라며 "서울 성동경찰서에 접수된 사건과 별건"이라고 설명했다.

앞서 서교공은 지난달 내부 부조리신고센터에 서교공 기술본부 소속 처장급 직원 A씨가 납품 계약 과정에서 골프 접대 등을 받았다는 제보를 접수해 서울 성동경찰서에 A씨를 고발한 바 있다.
