경찰이 전공의 복귀를 방해하는 행위에 대해 엄정 수사 방침을 밝혔다.

정부가 전공의들에 대한 처분을 철회하면서 의료 현장 복귀를 유도하고 있는 가운데 집단행동에 동참하지 않은 전공의를 향한 비난성 게시글 등이 등장하자 이같은 방침을 내린 것이다.

경찰청 국가수사본부(국수본)는 12일 전국 시도청 수사부장 등이 참석하는 의사 집단행동 불법행위 대응 관련 화상회의를 연 뒤 보도자료를 통해 "전공의 복귀를 방해하는 불법행위에 대해 가용 수사역량을 총동원해 엄단하기로 했다"고 말했다.

지난달 말 의사·의대생 온라인 커뮤니티에는 병원에 복귀한 의사 현황을 적은 블랙리스트가 올라와 파문을 일었다.

이와 관련해 보건복지부는 '집단행동을 강요하는 블랙리스트'로 규정하고 경찰에 수사 의뢰를 했다.

지난 7일에는 '감사한 의사-의대생 선생님 감사합니다'라는 텔레그램 채팅방이 개설돼 복귀한 전공의들의 실명이 올라오기도 했다.

국수본은 "앞으로 전공의들의 병원 복귀나 의대생들이 학교로 돌아가 수업에 참여하는 것을 방해하는 인신 공격성·조리돌림 식의 집단적 괴롭힘 등 불법행위에 대해 신속히 수사하고 행위자를 끝까지 추적해 엄정하게 책임을 물을 것"이라고 경고했다.

이어 "피해 신고자에 대해서는 가명조서를 활용하는 등 철저히 보호할 예정이므로 적극적인 신고를 부탁드린다"고 덧붙였다.

이외에도 서울경찰청 사이버범죄수사대는 지난 3월 의사·의대생 커뮤니티에 올라온 '참의사 계신 전원 가능한 병원 안내해 드립니다'란 제목의 조롱 글과 관련,프리미어리그 돈게시자를 모두 검거해 지난 10일 검찰에 송치했다.

해당 글에는 의사 집단행동에 참여하지 않은 전임의·전공의들의 이름과 소속 병원 등이 게시됐다.

송치된 게시자 5명은 모두 의사로 확인됐다.개원의 2명,프리미어리그 돈전임의 1명,프리미어리그 돈전공의 1명 군의관 1명이다.
