정문헌 "투기,불법거래 차단하고 부동산가격 안정화 노력"

종로구 토지거래허가구역 지정 현황

(서울=연합뉴스) 정준영 기자 = 그간 개발제한구역에 속해있던 종로구 내 10곳이 올해 말까지 한시적인 토지거래허가구역으로 지정됐다.

서울 종로구(구청장 정문헌)는 구기동,누상동,무악동,월드컵 세레머니부암동,삼청동,홍지동,신영동,옥인동,청운동,월드컵 세레머니평창동 일대를 '토지거래허가구역'으로 지정·공고했다고 16일 밝혔다.기간은 지난 13일부터 12월 31일까지다.

이는 서울시가 신혼부부 주택공급 확대 등을 위해 개발제한구역 해제를 추진한 데 따른 것이다.투기 과열 방지 차원에서 현재 서울 그린벨트 전역이 한시적인 토지거래허가구역으로 지정됐으며,최종 대상지는 정부와 협의를 거쳐 11월 공개된다.

허가구역으로 지정된 토지를 거래하려면 신청서,토지이용계획서,토지취득자금 조달계획서 등을 제출한 뒤 종로구청장의 허가를 받아야 한다.대상 면적은 주거지역 60㎡,상업지역 150㎡,공업지역 150㎡,녹지지역 100㎡를 각각 초과하는 토지다.

세부 지정 필지는 종로구 누리집이나 토지e음에서 확인할 수 있다.

정문헌 구청장은 "서울시의 개발제한구역 규제 완화에 맞춰 종로구도 이달 13일 자로 토지거래허가구역을 지정·공고하게 됐다"면서 "수요자 중심의 거래 질서를 확립하고 투기,불법 거래를 차단해 부동산 가격 안정화를 위해 노력하겠다"고 강조했다.
