코스닥 글로벌 세그먼트 지수·ETF 구성종목으로 편입

[한국거래소 제공] HPSP,스튜디오드래곤,미트윌란 챔피언스리그와이지엔터테인먼트 등 11개사가 올해 코스닥시장 글로벌 기업으로 신규 지정됐다.이들 기업은 코스닥 글로벌 세그먼트 지수 및 상장지수펀드(ETF),미트윌란 챔피언스리그지수선물의 구성종목으로 편입된다.

11일 한국거래소에 따르면 HPSP를 비롯해 더블유씨피,스튜디오드래곤,와이지엔터테인먼트,포스코엠텍,심텍,에코프로에이치엔,SOOP,제이시스메디칼,두산테스나,컴투스 등 11개사가 코스닥 글로벌 기업에 신규 지정됐다.

코스닥시장 글로벌 기업은 코스닥 상장법인 중 재무실적,기업지배구조 등이 우수한 기업으로,코스닥 우량 기업들을 모아놓은 '코스닥 글로벌 세그먼트'가 출범한 2022년 11월 이후 거래소가 연 1회 지정하고 있다.

매년 3월 말을 심사기준일로 시장평가,경영성과 및 지배구조 등 지정기준 충족 여부를 심사해 글로벌 기업 지정ㆍ유지 여부를 결정하며 지정일은 6월 두 번째 목요일의 익영업일이다.

기존 코스닥 글로벌 기업이었던 천보,하나마이크론,고영,유진테크,인탑스,티에스이,미트윌란 챔피언스리그테스,미트윌란 챔피언스리그에코마케팅,미트윌란 챔피언스리그매일유업 등 9개사는 지정 취소됐다.

올해 코스닥 글로벌 기업은 총 49개사로 지난해(47개사)보다 2곳 늘었다.

한국거래소 관계자는 "코스닥 글로벌 세그먼트 엑스포,미트윌란 챔피언스리그해외 IR(투자설명회) 컨퍼런스,ESG(환경·사회적 책무·기업지배구조 개선) 포럼 참가 및 영문 공시서비스 등을 통해 코스닥 글로벌 기업의 밸류업을 지원할 예정"이라고 전했다.
