"가상자산 이용자보호법 준수 집중"[이데일리 김가은 기자] 블록체인·핀테크 전문기업 두나무는 올해 2분기 연결기준 매출 2570억원,영업이익 1590억원을 기록했다고 14일 공시했다.

(사진=두나무) 매출과 영업이익은 전분기 대비 각각 52%,53% 감소했다.당기순이익은 1311억원이다.이번 하락 요인으로는 전반적인 거래량 감소가 꼽혔다.주요 가상자산의 해외 현물 상장지수펀드(ETF) 승인 등 1분기 상승을 이끌었던 대형 모멘텀들이 다소 차분해진 영향으로 보인다.

현재 두나무는 지난 7월 19일부터 시행된 가상자산 이용자 보호 등에 관한 법률(가상자산이용자보호법) 준수에 집중하고 있다.불공정거래 근절과 건전한 가상자산 투자 시장을 만들기 위한 목적이다.

한편 두나무는 증권별 소유자수 500인 이상 외부감사 대상법인에 포함되면서 2022년부터 사업보고서,클루브 아메리카분·반기보고서를 의무적으로 공시하고 있다.
