현대차 노조는 이날 전체 조합원(4만3160명)을 대상으로 한 쟁의행위(파업) 찬반투표 결과,4만1461명(투표율 96.06%)이 투표하고 3만8829명(재적 대비 89.97%,투표자 대비 93.65%)이 찬성했다고 밝혔다.

중앙노동위원회도 이날 올해 교섭에서 노사 양측 입장 차이가 크다고 판단해 조정 중지 결정을 내리면서 노조는 파업권을 획득하게 됐다.

노조는 향후 중앙쟁의대책위원회(쟁대위)를 열고 파업 여부와 일정을 논의할 계획이다.쟁대위 출범식은 오는 27일 열릴 예정이다.

노조가 실제 파업에 들어가면 6년 만이다.다만,월드컵 박지성 해설양측은 실무 교섭을 이어가고 있다.
