중국의 대외관계 기본틀인 평화공존 5원칙 발표 70주년을 맞아 중국 베이징 인민대회당에서 기념행사가 열렸다.이번 행사에는 이해찬 전 총리도 참석했다.

시진핑 중국 국가주석은 기념사에서 "평화발전을 걷겠다는 결심은 변하지 않을 것"이라며 "우리는 나라가 강해진다고 패권을 탈취하려는 삐뚤어진 길을 걷지 않을 것"이라고 강조했다.

이어 "중국은 우크라이나 위기,카지노 뱅커이스라엘-팔레스타인 충돌,카지노 뱅커한반도,이란,미얀마,아프가니스탄 등과 같은 문제에서 건설적 역할을 하고 있으며,중국의 힘이 확대될 수록 세계 평화의 희망이 더욱 커질 것"이라고 주장했다.

시 주석은 "진영 간 대립,소집단 구축,카지노 뱅커편 드는 것을 강요하는 것을 각국과 함께 반대해 평화라는 소원을 이뤄야한다"며 "중국은 평화 공존 5원칙의 적극적인 주창자이자 확고한 실천자"라고 밝혔다.

동시에 "중국 경제가 높은 수준으로 발전하면서 세계 경제 발전에 강력한 동력을 불어넣었다"며 "디커플링과 같은 역사적 흐름을 거스르는 행동은 국제사회의 공동 이익을 해친다"고 목소리를 높였다.

평화공존 5원칙은 중국 대외관계의 기본 틀로 지난 1953년 12월 저우언라이 당시 총리가 인도대표단을 접견한 자리에서 처음 언급했다.

당시 발표된 5원칙은 △영토주권의 상호 존중 △상호 불가침 △상호 내정 불간섭 △호혜평등 △평화공존 등으로 이후 일부 용어가 수정되기도 했다.

한편,이날 행사에는 시 주석을 비롯한 중국 지도부가 대거 참석한 가운데 이해찬 전 총리와 하토야마 유키오 전 일본 총리,카지노 뱅커떼인 세인 미얀마 전 대통령 등이 외빈으로 초청됐다.
