삼성라이온즈갤러리 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

실업급여를 반복해서 받으면 급여액을 최대 절반으로 줄이는 법 개정이 22대 국회에서 다시 추진됩니다.

고용노동부는 오늘 열린 국무회의에서 고용보험법과 고용산재보험료징수법을 비롯한 소관 법률 개정안 8건이 심의·의결됐다고 밝혔습니다.

이들 법안은 이미 이전에 국무회의를 거쳐 국회에 제출됐던 내용으로,삼성라이온즈갤러리21대 국회 임기 만료로 폐기되면서 다시 입법예고를 거쳐 재추진됩니다.

지난 2021년 11월 국무회의에서 의결됐던 고용보험법 일부 개정안은 5년 동안 3회 이상 구직급여를 받은 반복 수급자에 대해 급여액을 감액하는 내용을 담고 있습니다.

세부 감액 기준은 시행령에 위임할 예정인데 이전 개정안에는 5년 동안 3회 수급한 경우 10%,삼성라이온즈갤러리4회는 25%를 감액하고 5회는 40%,삼성라이온즈갤러리6회 이상은 50% 줄이도록 했습니다.

노동부는 저임금 근로자나 일용 근로자 등 노동시장 약자는 반복수급 횟수에 포함하지 않도록 보완 방안을 마련할 계획이라고 밝혔습니다.
