[헤럴드경제=민성기 기자] 방송인 박수홍이 자신의 출연료 등을 횡령한 혐의를 받고 있는 친형 박 모 씨 항소심 재판에 증인으로 출석한다.

서울고법 형사7부는 10일 오후 특정경제범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(횡령) 혐의로 기소된 박 씨와 배우자 이 모 씨의 항소심 2차 공판을 연다.

이날 박수홍은 검찰 측의 요구에 따라 증인으로 참석하는 가운데 박수홍은 출석에 앞서 재판부에 피고인들이 자신을 볼 수 없도록 칸막이 시설을 설치해달라고 요청했다.

박수홍은 1심에서도 두 차례 증인 신문에 나섰지만,1114로또당첨번호횡령 혐의와 관련해 제대로 입장을 전하지 못했다고 판단해 다시 출석 의사를 밝혔다.

박수홍 친형 부부는 2011년부터 2021년까지 10년 간 박수홍의 매니지먼트를 전담하면서 회삿돈 및 박수홍의 개인 자금 수 십 억원을 횡령한 혐의를 받고 있다.

1심 재판부는 박수홍 친형의 횡령 혐의 중 주식회사 라엘 약 7억 원,1114로또당첨번호주식회사 메디아붐 약 13억 원 총 약 20억 원에 대해서만 유죄로 판단했다.박수홍의 개인 계좌 네 개를 관리하며 약 320회에 걸쳐 16억 원 상당을 사적으로 유용한 것에 대해서는 무죄로 봤다.

그러나 박씨는 판결에 불복해 항소했으며 검찰도 형량이 가볍다며 항소했다.
