삼성전자 최대 노조인 전국삼성전자노동조합(전삼노)이 8일부터 사흘간 총파업에 나선다.

업계에 따르면 전삼노는 이날 경기 화성시 삼성전자 화성사업장 H1 정문 앞에서 집회를 여는 등 쟁의 행위를 이어갈 계획이다.1차 파업은 이날부터 10일까지다.

전삼노 측은 현재 8천115명이 총파업 설문조사에 참여했으며,이 가운데 5천명 이상이 실제 파업에 참여할 것으로 보고 있다.

앞서 노조는 사측에 전 조합원에 대한 높은 임금 인상률 적용,유급휴가 약속 이행,경제적 부가가치(EVA) 기준으로 지급하는 초과이익성과급(OPI) 기준 개선,파업으로 인해 발생하는 임금 손실에 대한 보상 등을 요구했다.

전삼노는 "사측은 6월 13일 이후 사후조정 2주 동안 우리의 요구를 전부 수용하지 않았다"며 "사측의 사후 조정안은 노동자의 대등한 관계를 생각하지 않고 여전히 회사의 소모품처럼 만만하게 보고 있다"고 주장했다.

지난 1월부터 사측과 교섭을 벌여온 전삼노는 중앙노동위원회(중노위)의 조정 중지 결정,조합원 찬반투표 등을 거쳐 쟁의권을 확보하고 지난 5월 29일 사상 처음 파업을 선언했다.

이에 지난달 7일에는 파업 선언에 따른 첫 연가 투쟁을 했으나 우려했던 생산 차질 등은 없었다.

노조는 이번 파업 기간 노사 협상이 전향적으로 이뤄지지 않으면 오는 15일부터 5일간 2차 파업을 이어간다는 계획이다.

전삼노는 파업 목적을 '생산 차질'로 규정하고 있다.다만 지난번 연가 투쟁 등을 감안하면 파업으로 생산 차질이 빚어질 가능성은 크지 않다는 시각이 지배적이다.

한편,펜트 먹튀전삼노 조합원 수는 이날 오전 8시 기준 2만9천913명으로,펜트 먹튀삼성전자 전체 직원(약 12만5천명)의 23.9% 수준이다.
