메모리·모바일 최대…오는 5일 2분기 실적 발표

4일 업계에 따르면 삼성전자는 이날 각 사업부에 상반기 '목표달성장려금'(TAI) 지급률을 공지했다.

TAI는 사업부 실적을 기준으로 상·하반기로 나눠 연 2회 지급하는 성과급이다.기본급의 100%가 최대치로 오는 8일 지급 예정이다.

올 상반기 메모리사업부 TAI는 삼성전자 내 사업부 중 가장 높은 75%로 책정됐다.

이 사업부는 통상 기본급의 100%를 받았지만 지난해 사상 초유의 업황 악화로 상반기 50%,풀스윙 토토 먹튀하반기 25% 수준의 지급률에 그쳤다.

아직 목표 달성 수준이 100%에 미치지 못했지만 올 상반기 메모리 반도체 실적 회복 결과로 전년 대비 성과급이 껑충 뛰었다는 평가다.

파운드리(반도체 위탁생산)·시스템LSI사업부도 지난해 하반기 성과급을 받지 못했지만,풀스윙 토토 먹튀올 상반기에는 37.5%를 받는다.

이와 함께 디바이스경험(DX) 부문은 모바일경험(MX)사업부가 기본급의 75%를 TAI로 받는다.영상디스플레이(VD)사업부와 삼성리서치는 각각 50%,풀스윙 토토 먹튀생활가전(DA) 사업부는 25%를 받는다.

삼성전자는 오는 5일 올 2분기(4~6월) 잠정 실적을 발표한다.사업부별 세부 실적은 이달 말 공개할 예정이다.
