檢 "피해아동 신체·심리적 충격 극심…아동학대 죄도 적용"

서울북부지검 형사4부(부장검사 윤수정)는 50대 남성 A씨를 미성년자약취미수,봄 부츠아동복지법위반(아동학대) 등으로 전날 구속기소했다고 12일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난달 26일 오후 4시께 노원구의 한 아파트에서 집에 들어가려던 15살 여학생에게 달려들어 강제로 끌고 가려 한 혐의를 받는다.

피해 학생의 비명을 듣고 나온 부모의 제압으로 범행은 미수에 그쳤고,봄 부츠경찰은 A씨를 현행범으로 체포했다.

A씨는 사건 발생 5일 전에도 피해자의 집에 무단 침입한 혐의로 체포됐지만,봄 부츠평소 피해자와 친분이 있던 사이는 아니었던 것으로 파악됐다.

검찰은 "피해아동이 신체·심리적으로 극심한 충격을 받은 점을 고려해 경찰에서 송치된 '미성년자약취미수' 혐의 외에 아동복지법위반(아동학대) 죄도 적용해 기소했다"고 밝혔다.
