SM엔터테인먼트와 계약 관련 갈등을 빚고 있는 그룹 엑소의 첸,포커스타 리뷰백현,포커스타 리뷰시우민이 SM 임원진을 고소했습니다.

가요계에 따르면,첸백시와 소속사 아이앤비100은 어제(25일) 서울 성동경찰서에 SM 이성수 CAO와 탁영준 공동대표를 사기 혐의로 고소,고발했습니다.

첸백시 측은 SM이 음반과 음원을 유통하는 카카오가 수수료율 5.5％를 적용하도록 해 주겠다고 약속해 놓고 이를 안 지켰다고 주장합니다.

또 SM이 첸백시 멤버들의 개인 활동으로 발생한 매출액 가운데 10％의 이득을 얻는 방법으로 이득을 가로챘다고 주장하고 있습니다.

지난해 6월 불투명한 정산 등을 문제 삼으며 SM과 대립한 첸백시는 매출 10％를 로열티로 지급하는 조건으로 SM과 갈등을 봉합한 바 있습니다.

하지만,첸백시는 최근 기자회견을 열고 SM의 이런 요구가 부당하다며 갈등을 재점화했습니다.

SM은 "당사와 첸백시와의 전속계약은 현재도 유효하다"며 "개인 법인을 통해 개인 활동을 하는 것을 허용하는 한편,첸백시는 개인 법인 매출의 10％를 지급하는 등으로 합의서에 스스로 날인했다"고 반박하고 있습니다.
