조리도 간편하고 저렴해서 냉동피자 사는 분들 많으실 텐데요.

그런데 시중에 판매되는 냉동피자의 나트륨과 포화지방 함량이 영양성분 기준치보다 훨씬 높은 것으로 나타났습니다.

일부 피자에서는 대장균도 검출됐습니다.

대형마트의 냉동고를 가득 채운 냉동피자입니다.

집에서 전자렌지로도 간편하게 데워 먹을 수 있어 인기입니다.

"애들이 갑자기 왔을 때 간단하게 데워서 먹어요.간편하고 먹기도 편하고 치우기도 편하고…"

인기 많은 14개 냉동피자의 영양성분을 소비자원이 분석했습니다.

문제는 포화지방과 나트륨 함량이었습니다.

피자 두 조각에 해당하는 150g을 먹을 경우 포화지방 함량은 4.8에서 9.6그램으로,자라 포플린 원피스13개 제품에서 한 끼 기준량을 초과했습니다.

피코크의 시카고 페퍼로니 피자의 경우 9.6그램으로 하루 기준치의 64%에 달했습니다.

나트륨의 경우 9개 제품에서 한 끼 기준량을 넘어섰습니다.

"음료와 소스,피클 등을 곁들여 먹으면 열량과 당류,자라 포플린 원피스나트륨 섭취량이 크게 증가할 수 있어서…"

또 '애슐리'의 한 피자 제품에선 기준치를 넘긴 대장균이 검출돼 판매업체가 긴급 회수에 나섰습니다.

"(토핑에) 올라가는 피망 이런 곳에서 나올 수 있는 것 같아요.소비기한이 10월 23일 제품이거든요.이 제품에 대해서는 리콜 조치가 들어갔고…"

영양 성분 표시가 엉터리인 제품도 있었습니다.

트랜스지방이 없다던 표시와 달리 1그램 넘게 들어갔고,자라 포플린 원피스당류도 7그램으로 표기했지만 2배 넘게 나왔습니다.

전문가들은 포화지방을 과다 섭취하면 심혈관계 질환을,나트륨의 경우 고혈압과 뇌졸중을 유발할 수 있다고 말합니다.
