(서울=연합뉴스) 정준영 기자 = 서울 양천구(구청장 이기재)는 16일 목동6단지가 목동아파트 14개 단지 중 첫 번째로 '정비계획 결정·정비구역 지정'이 고시됨에 따라 신속한 사업을 위해 '조합 직접설립 공공지원'을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

1986년 입주한 목동6단지는 이번 지정에 따라 목동911번지 일대 10만2천424.6㎡에 용적률 299.87%를 적용해 최고 49층 규모의 15개 동 2천173세대로 재탄생한다.어린이집,자카르타 카지노 호텔경로당,자카르타 카지노 호텔돌봄센터,작은도서관 등 주민공동시설·공공청사도 들어선다.

특히 구는 재건축에 따른 인구 급증에 대비해 공공청사 신설을 서울시에 요청해 연면적 7천㎡ 규모의 목6동 복합청사를 확보하게 됐다.

구는 '조합 직접설립 공공지원'을 통해 정비구역 지정 후 다음 단계인 조합설립 과정에서 조합설립추진위원회 구성 절차를 생략해 사업 속도를 낼 방침이다.

구는 "정비구역 지정 고시에 맞춰 조합 직접설립을 위한 공공지원 정비사업 전문관리용역을 발주했다"며 "내년 상반기 조합설립인가를 목표로 조합정관과 선거관리 규정 작성,자카르타 카지노 호텔창립총회 등 절차를 투명하게 진행하고,자카르타 카지노 호텔조합설립동의서를 신속히 징구해 조합설립인가 등이 빠르게 진행될 수 있도록 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

나머지 13개 단지의 경우 자문과 입안 절차를 병행 추진할 수 있는 신속통합기획 자문방식으로 정비계획을 수립 중인 만큼 단지별 정비구역 결정이 가속화될 것으로 기대했다.

이기재 구청장은 "목동6단지 정비구역 지정으로 나머지 13개 단지도 탄력을 받아 연내 서울시에 정비계획 결정을 요청하는 것이 목표"라며 "목동택지개발지구 재건축을 신속하게 이끌어 최첨단 미래형 도시 조성에 박차를 가하겠다"고 말했다.
