교육·학부모 단체들이 정부가 어린이집·유치원 통합 정책을 수조 원의 예산 확보 방안도 없이 섣부르게 발표했다고 비판했습니다.

교사노동조합연맹과 행복한교육학부모회 등 40개 단체는 오늘(27일) 공동 선언을 통해 관련 국가 예산을 확보하라며 이같이 밝혔습니다.

이들은 정부가 유보 통합에 필요한 2~3조 재원을 지방교육재정교부금으로 활용하겠다고 밝혔지만,삼성 도박 추가 선수4조 원가량의 비용이 누락 됐다고 주장했습니다.

이어 필요한 추가 비용의 정확한 추계도 없이,또,삼성 도박 추가 선수국가 책임의 예산 확보 방안도 없이 졸속으로 유보통합을 추진하고 있다며 국가 예산으로 재원을 충당해야 한다고 강조했습니다.

한국교원단체총연합회 역시 입장문을 내고 확실한 재정 투자 없이 질 높은 영유아 교육을 제공한다는 유보통합의 취지를 실현할 수 없다고 지적했습니다.
